The goal of our organization is to recruit, train, and advance officials to higher levels of officiating, through a comprehensive training program.

Eugene Binda started Referees Crease LLC with a passion for officiating in 1980 when he began as an assignor for a few teams. Since then Referees Crease has grown into the Association that it is now over 1,500 officials and leagues spanning the entire country. Ranging in levels from youth hockey, junior hockey, NCAA hockey, and professional hockey.
